Todd P. Oxner
Principal Attorney (Retired)
Todd is one of the two founders of Oxner + Permar. Since 1994 he has been known statewide for his creativity, tenacity, and success in handling workers' compensation claims, often seeing successful claims where other attorneys did not. His aggressive style and track record contributed to his being in the first class of attorneys the North Carolina State Bar declared as board-certified specialists in workers' compensation. Additionally, Todd is an AV-rated attorney with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating that an attorney can receive. Todd is a member of the Christian Legal Society, the American Association for Justice, the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, the North Carolina Academy of Justice, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, among many other activities.

R.H. "Chip" Permar, III
Principal Attorney
Chip is one of the founding and managing partners of Oxner + Permar. His practice is focused on helping injured workers and their families obtain the medical treatment and compensation they deserve, and he has proudly represented hundreds of injured workers throughout North Carolina. Chip was first introduced to workers' compensation in law school when he worked for a workers' compensation defense firm representing employers and insurance companies. After meeting Todd Oxner, a prominent workers' compensation attorney in Greensboro, Chip joined Todd's plaintiff's workers' compensation firm and began representing injured workers. In 2005, Chip and Todd partnered to create Oxner + Permar and quickly grew the firm from one office in Greensboro to thirteen offices across North and South Carolina.

Joel W. Davis
Attorney
Joel is a North Carolina board-certified workers' compensation specialist and senior attorney with over 24 years of experience. Born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida, Joel attended Georgia Southern University and then Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2000. Following law school, Joel moved to Greensboro, North Carolina to begin his practice of law and to be closer to family. He has repeatedly been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and has received an AV Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating an attorney can receive. Joel is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Holland B. Ferguson
Attorney
Holland is a North Carolina board-certified workers' compensation specialist. She grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and graduated from Duke University in 2002 with a degree in environmental science and policy before earning her J.D. from the University of Miami. She began her career as an attorney defending insurance companies and employers in workers' compensation claims and has successfully handled thousands of workers' compensation claims over her ten years as a practicing attorney. Holland has appeared before many Deputy Commissioners, the Full Commission, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals and has experience with all types of workers' compensation cases, including traumatic injury by accident, occupational diseases, and other catastrophic injuries. She now represents injured workers and uses her prior experience and knowledge of the workers' compensation system to help her clients obtain all of the benefits to which they are entitled.

Attorney
Inezmarie is licensed to practice law in North and South Carolina and represents clients in workers' compensation and personal injury cases in both states. Following her passion for helping people, she focuses on representing the interests of injured individuals and understands that every case is about her clients' livelihoods. Over 19 years of practice, she has successfully handled thousands of workers' compensation and personal injury claims in the Charlotte area. Inezmarie prides herself on providing excellent customer service and ensuring her clients receive proper medical care and the benefits to which they are entitled. During college, she volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician in SUNY Albany's student-run ambulance corps, Five Quad.
